Waller Truck Co., Inc., was presented a Platinum award by Great West Casualty Company as part of the 2017 Workplace Safety Awards Program.

Our Standard Isn’t New

While it’s always an honor to receive recognition for what we do, the high safety standards that Waller fights for have been around for years. “Waller Truck is honored to receive this year once again,” said Tim Crowley, Director of Safety for Waller Truck. “We have been a recipient of these awards since 2004. This is a true testament to how much value we place on workplace safety.”

The award, while prestigious and appreciated, isn’t the reason for our desire for high safety standards. Our drivers are our priority, and their safety ranks higher in importance to us than a shiny plaque.

What It All Means

The Workplace Safety Awards program recognizes trucking companies for their dedication to creating and fostering a safe work environment for their employees. Awards are based on a motor carrier’s year-end workplace incident rate. Carriers are eligible to receive a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Participatory award.
