As a new feature of our blog, one of our goals is to get our drivers better connected with Waller office employees. This month, we are featuring Maddie Welch. Maddie is a Regional Customer Service Manager. Her focus is on growing the RDC program.  Maddie started with Waller in January of 2016 in the Brokerage department.

She said that the best part of her job is that she feels like she can make a difference. She loves the challenges each day brings, and working through the obstacles. She said she truly appreciates the sacrifices Waller truck drivers make. “We care about them as both a person and a driver.” When she’s not at her desk in the operations department, she loves to be at the lake and spend time with her family and friends. Maddie, we are glad to have you as part of the Waller team!
